The 21 panel drug test with DXM, gabapentin, LSD and 6-MAM combines urine specimen collection, 21 preliminary drug-screening assays and three specimen-validity indicators in one integrated 120 mL Serenity click cup. It is built for forensic programs that need to screen for substances rarely found on a standard multi-panel cup.

Products sold with the same panel count do not always screen for the same substances. This configuration replaces several common expanded panels with DXM/100, GAB/1000, LSD/50, 6-MAM/10 and ZAZA/500, and pairs them with fentanyl, xylazine, psilocybin, kratom, K2 and EtG screening.

It also uses lower cutoffs on three conventional panels — AMP/500, MET/500 and COC/150 — and a FEN/10 fentanyl panel. Lower cutoffs mean the cup reports a preliminary non-negative result at lower concentrations than cups using AMP/1000, MET/1000, COC/300 or FEN/20.

120 mL Serenity Click Cup Features

The integrated 120 mL Serenity click cup combines specimen collection and multi-panel screening in one device. Urine is collected directly into the cup, so there is no need to transfer the specimen to separate dip cards or cassettes during initial screening.

All 21 screening assays are built into the device, along with three specimen-validity indicators. A built-in temperature strip provides an additional specimen reference shortly after collection when read according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The leak-resistant double click-top lid supports cleaner handling, and the single-device format reduces the number of separate tests a collector has to manage for each donor.

Programs that only need one of the specialty targets can also use single-panel tests such as the dextromethorphan (DXM) drug test, the ZAZA tianeptine drug test or the xylazine drug test kit.

DXM, Gabapentin, LSD, 6-MAM & ZAZA Screening

The specialty-panel combination is what separates this cup from the other 21 panel configurations.

6-MAM/10 screens for 6-monoacetylmorphine, a metabolite specific to heroin use. The general OPI/300 panel cannot distinguish heroin from other opiates such as morphine or codeine.

FEN/10 and XYL/1000 provide dedicated fentanyl and xylazine screening. The CDC reports that xylazine is increasingly found in the illegal drug supply, often mixed with fentanyl.

How to Read the Screening Results

Interpret each drug assay individually within the manufacturer’s specified reading window.

• Negative: Both the control line and test line appear. A faint visible test line is still read as negative.
• Non-negative / presumptive positive: The control line appears, but the test line is absent.
• Invalid: The control line is absent, regardless of whether a test line appears. Repeat the test with a new cup.

A non-negative result is preliminary. Some medications can cross-react with immunoassay panels, so confirm non-negative results with a certified laboratory using GC/MS or LC-MS/MS before making a final decision. See what can cause a false positive drug test.
