Description

Serenity 120ml 15 Panel Drug Test Cup with ADLTX

This Serenity 120ml 15 panel drug test cup with ADLTX combines preliminary multidrug urine screening with specimen-validity indicators in one large collection device. It is designed for qualified forensic programs that require EtG, fentanyl and kratom alongside commonly screened drug classes.

The verified SKU documentation lists 14 drug and drug-metabolite targets plus one ADLTX panel. The ADLTX panel provides three separate specimen-validity indicators: pH, specific gravity and creatinine.

Drug Panels and Cutoff Levels

Abbreviation Drug or drug class Cutoff
AMP Amphetamine 1,000 ng/mL
BUP Buprenorphine 10 ng/mL
BZO Benzodiazepines 300 ng/mL
COC Cocaine metabolite 300 ng/mL
MDMA Ecstasy/MDMA 500 ng/mL
MET Methamphetamine 1,000 ng/mL
MTD Methadone 300 ng/mL
OPI Opiates 300 ng/mL
OXY Oxycodone 100 ng/mL
PCP Phencyclidine 25 ng/mL
THC Marijuana metabolite 50 ng/mL
EtG Ethyl glucuronide 300 ng/mL
FEN Fentanyl 20 ng/mL
KRA Kratom-related compounds 500 ng/mL

This cup includes a KRA/500 screening panel, but the cutoff label alone does not establish the panel’s calibrator or complete cross-reactivity profile. Our 7-OH and kratom drug-testing guide explains what buyers should verify in the model-specific product insert. The cutoff is the concentration used to distinguish a negative screening result from a preliminary non-negative result. Our drug test cutoff level guide explains how screening thresholds are used.

EtG, Fentanyl and Kratom Screening

The EtG/300 panel screens for ethyl glucuronide, a metabolite produced following ethanol exposure. It does not measure current impairment or establish the exact amount or time of alcohol consumption.

Fentanyl requires its own designated test panel and should not be assumed to appear on a standard opiate screen. This cup includes a separate FEN panel at 20 ng/mL.

The KRA/500 panel provides preliminary screening for kratom-related compounds. Kratom is not included in a standard multidrug configuration unless KRA is specifically listed among the test panels.

ADLTX Specimen-Validity Indicators

The ADLTX panel includes:

Indicator What it evaluates
pH Whether the specimen is unusually acidic or alkaline
Specific gravity The concentration or dilution characteristics of the specimen
Creatinine A urine concentration marker that can help identify unusually dilute specimens

These indicators can identify specimen characteristics that may require additional review. They do not independently prove that a donor intentionally altered the specimen.

The cup also includes a temperature strip. The temperature strip is a separate collection check and should not be counted as one of the three ADLTX indicators.

How to Use the Serenity Test Cup

  1. Review the package insert and verify the listed panel configuration.
  2. Open the cup only when ready to collect the urine specimen.
  3. Collect the required specimen directly in the 120ml cup.
  4. Secure the lid and keep the cup upright on a level surface.
  5. Check the temperature strip within the period stated in the instructions.
  6. Activate or expose the test area as directed for the Serenity cup.
  7. Read the drug panels and ADLTX indicators within the specified interpretation window.
  8. Record the results according to your organization’s written procedure.

For most competitive immunoassay drug panels:

  • A control line and test line indicate a negative result below the cutoff.
  • A faint test line is generally interpreted as negative when the control line appears.
  • A control line without a test line indicates a preliminary non-negative result.
  • An absent control line means that panel is invalid.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the exact device. See our illustrated guide explaining how to read a drug test cup for additional guidance.

Forensic Use Only

This product is labeled Forensic Use Only. It should only be used by qualified organizations in settings consistent with its labeling and manufacturer documentation.

It should not be represented as CLIA waived, FDA-cleared for clinical use, over-the-counter or suitable for home testing unless documentation for the exact SKU supports those claims.

The test produces preliminary qualitative results. It does not determine impairment, the amount consumed or the precise time a substance was used.

Preliminary Non-Negative Results

Prescription medications, cross-reactivity, specimen conditions and other factors can affect rapid screening results. Any preliminary non-negative result that may lead to a legal or other consequential decision should be reviewed according to the testing program’s procedures and confirmed using an appropriate laboratory method.

Detection periods vary according to the substance, cutoff, frequency of use, specimen and individual factors. Review the drug detection time guide for general educational information.

Bulk Serenity Drug Test Cups

The 120ml Serenity format is available with volume-based pricing for correctional programs, forensic laboratories, probation and parole programs, treatment organizations and other qualified high-volume buyers.

Qualifying orders of 100 or more cups receive free shipping. Eligible in-stock orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST can ship the same business day. Verify current inventory, expiration dating and delivery requirements before placing a large order.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this Serenity 15 panel drug test screen for?

The verified configuration lists AMP, BUP, BZO, COC, MDMA, MET, MTD, OPI, OXY, PCP, THC, EtG, FEN and KRA. It also includes a separate ADLTX panel.

Why are only 14 drug targets listed on a 15 panel cup?

The product is marketed as a 15-panel configuration consisting of 14 drug and drug-metabolite screening targets plus one ADLTX specimen-validity panel. The ADLTX panel reports pH, specific gravity and creatinine.

What does ADLTX mean?

ADLTX identifies the specimen-validity panel. On this cup, it includes pH, specific gravity and creatinine indicators that can flag specimen characteristics requiring further review.

Does the temperature strip count as an adulteration test?

No. The temperature strip is a separate collection check. It does not replace the pH, specific gravity and creatinine indicators included in the ADLTX panel.

Does the EtG panel measure alcohol impairment?

No. EtG is an ethanol metabolite. A preliminary EtG result does not establish current impairment, the amount consumed or the exact time alcohol was used.

Will the OPI panel detect fentanyl?

Fentanyl should not be assumed to appear on a standard opiate screen. This cup includes a separate FEN panel with a 20 ng/mL cutoff.

Is this Serenity cup CLIA waived?

No. This SKU is labeled Forensic Use Only and should not be represented as a CLIA-waived, clinical, home-use or over-the-counter drug test.

Do preliminary non-negative results require confirmation?

A preliminary non-negative result that may lead to a consequential decision should be handled according to the testing program’s procedures and confirmed using an appropriate laboratory method.
