Description

19 Panel Drug Test Dip Card with Gabapentin, Fentanyl, Ketamine and Kratom

The 19 panel drug test is an expanded urine dip card designed for preliminary screening across common drug classes and several specialty targets.

The configuration includes dedicated panels for gabapentin, fentanyl, ketamine, kratom, tramadol and EtG, together with widely screened drugs such as amphetamines, cocaine, methamphetamine, opiates, benzodiazepines and THC.

Unlike an integrated drug test cup, this product uses a compact dip card format. A urine specimen is collected separately, and the absorbent portion of the card is dipped into the sample according to the supplied instructions.

The test also includes three ADLTX specimen-validity indicators for pH, Specific Gravity and Creatinine. These checks are separate from the 19 drug and drug-metabolite screening targets.

This product is labeled Forensic Use Only. Buyers looking for other dip-card configurations can compare products in our multi-panel drug test dip card category.

What Does This 19 Panel Drug Test Screen For?

This 19 panel urine drug test provides preliminary qualitative screening for the following drugs, drug classes and metabolites.

Drug or Drug Class Abbreviation Cutoff
Amphetamines AMP 1,000 ng/mL
Opiates / Morphine OPI 300 ng/mL
Methamphetamine MET 1,000 ng/mL
Benzodiazepines BZO 300 ng/mL
Cocaine Metabolite COC 300 ng/mL
Methadone MTD 300 ng/mL
Oxycodone OXY 100 ng/mL
Buprenorphine BUP 10 ng/mL
MDMA / Ecstasy MDMA 500 ng/mL
Marijuana Metabolite THC 50 ng/mL
Barbiturates BAR 300 ng/mL
Phencyclidine PCP 25 ng/mL
Tramadol TRA 100 ng/mL
Ketamine KET 1,000 ng/mL
Fentanyl FEN 20 ng/mL
Ethyl Glucuronide ETG 300 ng/mL
Gabapentin GAB 1,000 ng/mL
Kratom KRA 500 ng/mL

The product is marketed as a 19-panel test and includes three additional ADLTX specimen-validity indicators. Always verify the current card label and package insert before placing a large repeat order.

Cutoff concentrations are screening thresholds. They do not show how much of a substance was used, when it was used or whether a person is currently impaired. Learn more in our drug test cutoff level guide.

Expanded Screening for Gabapentin, Fentanyl, Ketamine, Kratom and Tramadol

A major difference between this 19 panel drug test and a basic multi-panel dip card is its specialty coverage. In addition to standard drug classes, it includes separate panels for GAB, FEN, KET, KRA and TRA.

GAB/1000 provides dedicated gabapentin screening. Gabapentin should not be assumed to appear on a standard opioid, benzodiazepine or general prescription-drug panel simply because it may be used in medical settings. When gabapentin is a specific testing requirement, the analyte should appear directly in the product configuration.

DrugTestingCup.com also carries a dedicated Gabapentin Drug Test at GAB/1000 for programs that need single-target screening rather than a large multi-panel card.

FEN/20 provides a separate fentanyl screening result. Fentanyl should not automatically be treated as part of the OPI/300 panel. The FEN and OPI result areas should be read independently.

The same principle applies to BUP/10 buprenorphine, OXY/100 oxycodone, MTD/300 methadone and TRA/100 tramadol. These analytes have their own dedicated screening panels instead of relying on one broad opioid result.

KET/1000 provides dedicated ketamine screening. Ketamine should not be confused with K2/Spice, which is a separate synthetic-cannabinoid target and is not listed in this 19-panel configuration.

KRA/500 provides kratom-related screening. The exact compounds recognized by a KRA assay can vary, so a KRA panel should not automatically be described as a dedicated 7-hydroxymitragynine test unless the manufacturer’s documentation supports that claim. For more background, see our Kratom and 7-OH drug testing guide.

EtG Alcohol-Metabolite Screening

The card includes an ETG/300 panel for ethyl glucuronide, a metabolite associated with alcohol exposure.

EtG urine screening is different from a breath alcohol test. It does not measure blood alcohol concentration and should not be used to determine current impairment.

The period during which EtG or another analyte may be detected can vary based on the amount and timing of exposure, metabolism, urine concentration and the cutoff used by the assay. For that reason, the old fixed “detection time” table on this page should be removed rather than presenting a specific number of days as guaranteed.

Why Choose a 19 Panel Drug Test Dip Card?

A dip card can be useful when the testing program already has specimen collection containers and wants a compact multi-panel screening device rather than an integrated cup.

This format offers several practical advantages:

  • Multiple screening targets on one card
  • Small storage footprint
  • Separate collection and screening steps
  • No integrated collection cup required
  • Dedicated specialty panels for GAB, FEN, KET, KRA and TRA
  • Three specimen-validity indicators
  • Quantity pricing for recurring or high-volume purchases

Buyers who prefer an integrated collection cup can compare the 20 panel drug test cup with gabapentin and expanded specialty screening.

Buyers who prefer the dip-card format can browse all multi-panel urine dip cards.

How to Use and Read the 19 Panel Drug Test Dip Card

Always follow the package insert supplied with the current product. Before testing, check the expiration date and confirm that the sealed pouch is intact. Collect the urine specimen in a clean specimen container and open the dip card only when you are ready to begin testing.

Immerse the absorbent strip area into the urine specimen only to the level specified on the device, typically the marked maximum line. Do not submerge the plastic body of the card beyond the manufacturer’s indicated level. Keep the card in the specimen for the time stated in the package insert, remove it, and place it on a clean, flat, non-absorbent surface.

Allow the test to develop and read the result within the manufacturer’s stated reading window. The current product page instructs users to dip the card for approximately 10–15 seconds and read results at approximately five minutes, but the current package insert should always take priority.

  • Negative: both the Control line and Test line appear for the individual panel.
  • Preliminary non-negative: the Control line appears but the Test line for that panel is absent.
  • Invalid: the required Control line does not appear. Do not interpret that panel and repeat the test according to the supplied instructions.

A faint Test line should be interpreted according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Line darkness should not be used to estimate the amount of a drug or metabolite in the specimen.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration explains that rapid drugs-of-abuse tests provide qualitative preliminary screening results. A preliminary positive or non-negative result may require a more specific laboratory method for confirmation.

How to use Serenity Dip Card Tests

Three ADLTX Specimen-Validity Indicators

In addition to the drug-screening panels, this dip card includes three specimen-validity indicators:

  • pH
  • Specific Gravity
  • Creatinine

These indicators provide additional information about the urine specimen and can help identify specimens that may require closer review under the testing program’s procedures.

They are not extra drug panels. They also should not be described as guaranteeing that a specimen is authentic or free from tampering.

Because this is a dip card rather than a collection cup, it does not use an integrated cup lid or built-in cup temperature strip. The urine specimen should be collected in an appropriate separate specimen container before the card is used.

Forensic Use Only and Bulk Ordering

This specific 19 panel drug test dip card is labeled Forensic Use Only. The current product label, package insert and manufacturer intended-use statement should be reviewed before purchase or use.

The existing page should not describe this SKU broadly as a clinical, healthcare, school, rehabilitation or general workplace device while it carries an FUO designation. Similar analytes may be available in other products with different intended-use classifications.

For more information about this designation, review our Forensic Use Only policy and customer acknowledgement.

DrugTestingCup.com offers quantity pricing for organizations purchasing 19 panel drug tests in bulk. Qualifying orders of 100 dip cards or more receive free shipping, and eligible in-stock orders placed before 3 PM EST can ship the same business day.

For repeat purchasing, confirm that the required configuration includes GAB/1000, KET/1000, KRA/500, TRA/100, FEN/20 and ETG/300. Different high-panel dip cards may use their specialty positions for other analytes.
