Reading the THC, Fentanyl, K2 and Cotinine Pens

These four pens show a C line for control and a T line for the target.

  • C and T both visible: negative
  • C visible, T missing: non-negative, a preliminary result
  • C missing: invalid, so repeat with a new pen

A reading is qualitative and does not give a concentration. Any non-negative screen needs lab confirmation, for example by GC/MS or LC/MS.
