Description

21 Panel Drug Test Cup with ZAZA, Xylazine & ADLTX

The 21 panel drug test cup with ZAZA combines urine specimen collection, 21 preliminary drug-screening assays and three specimen-validity indicators in one integrated 120 mL Serenity cup. It pairs broad conventional drug screening with specialty panels for tianeptine (ZAZA), fentanyl, xylazine, psilocybin, kratom, K2, ketamine, tramadol and EtG.

Products sold with the same overall panel count do not always screen for the same substances. This configuration contains 21 drug and metabolite targets plus separate pH, specific gravity and creatinine indicators. The ADLTX checks are not counted as drug panels and are interpreted separately from the screening result lines.

The specialty configuration includes ZAZA/500, XYL/1000, PSY/500, FEN/20, K2/50, KRA/500, KET/1000, TRA/100 and ETG/300. Each is a dedicated assay rather than an assumed part of a conventional drug class — fentanyl and tramadol, for example, are screened separately from the OPI/300 panel.

The cup also covers commonly requested drug classes including AMP, BAR, BUP, BZO, COC, MDMA, MET, MTD, OPI, OXY, PCP and THC.

This product is supplied as a Forensic Use Only configuration. Buyers who do not need tianeptine screening can compare the 21 panel drug screen cup with PSY and XYL. Programs that need DXM, gabapentin, LSD or 6-MAM screening can compare the 21 panel drug test with DXM, gabapentin, LSD and 6-MAM.

21 Panel Drug Test List and Cutoff Levels

The complete configuration is shown below. Compare both the analytes and cutoff concentrations, because different 21 panel products can have substantially different screening profiles.

Drug / Target Abbreviation Cutoff Level
Tianeptine (ZAZA) ZAZA 500 ng/mL
Amphetamines AMP 1000 ng/mL
Barbiturates BAR 300 ng/mL
Buprenorphine BUP 10 ng/mL
Benzodiazepines BZO 300 ng/mL
Cocaine COC 300 ng/mL
MDMA / Ecstasy MDMA 500 ng/mL
Methamphetamine MET 1000 ng/mL
Methadone MTD 300 ng/mL
Opiates (Morphine) OPI 300 ng/mL
Oxycodone OXY 100 ng/mL
Phencyclidine PCP 25 ng/mL
Marijuana (THC) THC 50 ng/mL
Ethyl Glucuronide ETG 300 ng/mL
Fentanyl FEN 20 ng/mL
Synthetic Cannabinoids (K2/Spice) K2 50 ng/mL
Ketamine KET 1000 ng/mL
Kratom KRA 500 ng/mL
Tramadol TRA 100 ng/mL
Xylazine XYL 1000 ng/mL
Psilocybin PSY 500 ng/mL

Additional specimen-validity indicators: pH, specific gravity (SG) and creatinine (CR).

Cutoff levels are those printed for this configuration. For thresholds across other products, see our guide to drug test cutoff levels.

120 mL 21 Panel Drug Test Cup with ZAZA Features

The integrated 120 mL Serenity cup combines specimen collection and multi-panel screening in one device. Urine is collected directly into the cup, so there is no need to transfer the specimen to separate dip cards or cassettes during initial screening.

All 21 screening assays are built into the device, along with three specimen-validity indicators. A built-in temperature strip provides an additional specimen reference shortly after collection when read according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The leak-resistant click-top lid supports cleaner handling, and the single-device format reduces the number of separate tests a collector has to manage per donor.

Buyers comparing configurations can review the 21 panel drug screen cup with PSY, XYL, FEN and EtG, or view all 21 panel drug test cups.

Tianeptine (ZAZA), Xylazine, Fentanyl, Psilocybin & Kratom Screening

The specialty-panel combination is what separates this cup from smaller panel counts and from other expanded configurations.

ZAZA/500 provides dedicated tianeptine screening. Tianeptine is an unapproved opioid-like substance sold through channels that standard panels do not cover.

FEN/20 provides dedicated preliminary fentanyl screening separate from the OPI/300 panel, while XYL/1000 screens for xylazine, a veterinary sedative the CDC reports is increasingly found in the illegal drug supply.

PSY/500 screens for psilocybin, KRA/500 provides kratom-related screening and K2/50 covers synthetic cannabinoids. A standard THC panel does not screen for K2.

KET/1000 is a dedicated ketamine assay, TRA/100 screens for tramadol, and ETG/300 screens for ethyl glucuronide, an alcohol metabolite. EtG results do not measure blood alcohol concentration or current impairment.

Specimen Validity Checks – pH, Specific Gravity & Creatinine

This 21 panel drug test cup with ZAZA includes three specimen-validity indicators: pH, specific gravity and creatinine. These indicators provide information about characteristics of the urine specimen and are not part of the 21 drug-panel count.

  • pH: provides information about the acidity or alkalinity of the specimen and can help identify values outside the reference range supplied with the test.
  • Specific Gravity (SG): provides information about urine concentration and may help identify unusually dilute or concentrated specimens.
  • Creatinine (CR): provides another measure related to specimen concentration and may assist when evaluating possible dilution.

An unusual ADLTX result does not by itself establish intentional adulteration. Interpret the pH, SG and creatinine indicators according to the manufacturer’s reference chart, and learn more in our guide to adulterants in drug testing.

How to Use the 21 Panel Drug Test Cup with ZAZA

Always follow the package insert supplied with the exact product lot, because collection requirements and result-reading times can vary between devices.

  1. Bring the sealed cup to the temperature range specified by the manufacturer before use.
  2. Collect the urine specimen directly into the cup to the required level and secure the lid completely.
  3. Check the integrated temperature strip within the time stated in the instructions.
  4. Peel the label to expose the result window and begin timing.
  5. Read the drug panels at about five minutes, or as stated in the package insert, and review the pH, SG and creatinine indicators against the supplied chart.

Do not interpret results after the stated reading window.

How to Read the Screening Results

Interpret each drug assay individually within the manufacturer’s specified reading window.

  • Negative: Both the control line and test line appear. A faint visible test line is still read as negative.
  • Non-negative / presumptive positive: The control line appears, but the test line is absent.
  • Invalid: The control line is absent, regardless of whether a test line appears. Repeat the test with a new cup.

A non-negative result is preliminary. Confirm it with a certified laboratory using GC/MS or LC-MS/MS before making a final decision.

Read the ADLTX indicators separately using the supplied color chart. For a general explanation of line-based results, see how to read a drug test cup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this 21 panel drug test cup with ZAZA test for?

This configuration includes ZAZA/500, AMP/1000, BAR/300, BUP/10, BZO/300, COC/300, MDMA/500, MET/1000, MTD/300, OPI/300, OXY/100, PCP/25, THC/50, ETG/300, FEN/20, K2/50, KET/1000, KRA/500, TRA/100, XYL/1000 and PSY/500, plus pH, specific gravity and creatinine specimen-validity indicators.

Does this 21 panel drug test detect tianeptine or ZAZA?

Yes. This configuration includes a dedicated ZAZA panel with a cutoff of 500 ng/mL for preliminary urine screening.

How is this cup different from the 21 panel drug screen cup with PSY and XYL?

Both cups share the same 20 drug panels and ADLTX indicators. This cup adds the tianeptine (ZAZA) panel.

Does the cup include a xylazine test?

Yes. It includes a dedicated XYL panel at 1,000 ng/mL. Xylazine is not detected by a standard opiate panel.

Does an opiate panel detect the fentanyl included here?

No. Fentanyl is screened on the dedicated FEN panel at 20 ng/mL, separate from the OPI/300 panel.

Does this test screen for alcohol?

The cup includes an EtG panel at 300 ng/mL. EtG is an alcohol metabolite; a screening result does not establish current impairment or the exact time alcohol was consumed.

What are the three ADLTX indicators?

The ADLTX indicators are pH, specific gravity and creatinine. They provide specimen-validity information and are not counted as drug panels.

Is this 21 panel cup CLIA waived?

No. This configuration is labeled Forensic Use Only. It is intended for courts, law-enforcement agencies, probation and parole offices, correctional facilities and laboratories testing for these entities.

Are non-negative results final?

No. Results from the cup are preliminary. A certified laboratory should confirm every non-negative result using GC/MS or LC-MS/MS before a final determination is made.

Can this 21 panel drug test cup be purchased in bulk?

Yes. Quantity pricing is available, qualifying orders of 100 cups or more receive free shipping, and larger recurring or distributor orders may qualify for additional wholesale pricing.
