Bring tests, specimens, buffer and/or controls to room temperature (15-30°C) before use, then just follow few simple steps.

Invalid
The control band C fails to appear. Results of any test which has not produced a control C band at the specified read time must be discarded. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural technics are the most likely reason for a control line failure.
