This 10 panel urine test combines a BAR/300 barbiturate panel with nine other screening assays in a compact 90ml Serenity cup. Its configuration includes amphetamines, buprenorphine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methamphetamine, methadone, opiates, oxycodone and marijuana metabolite. Each assay has a defined cutoff, allowing buyers to compare the full panel list before choosing a test.
The barbiturate panel is the main distinction between this cup and the 90ml MDMA configuration in the same category. BAR and BZO are separate panels: BAR screens for barbiturates, while BZO screens for benzodiazepines. A requirement for one drug class should not be assumed to be satisfied by the other.
This model also includes separate methadone, oxycodone and buprenorphine assays alongside OPI/300. It does not include dedicated fentanyl, EtG or MDMA panels. Those differences matter when comparing similarly named ten-panel products or selecting an alternative for an existing order.
The 90ml format identifies the cup size; it does not specify the amount of specimen required for testing. Compare our 10 panel drug test cups for other sizes and configurations, and use product code SM-CDOA-1105C-90 when checking availability for this model.
Drugs Tested and Cutoff Levels
The following ten screening panels identify product code SM-CDOA-1105C-90. Match the panel codes and cutoffs to the labeling on the selected device before use.
| Drug or Drug Class | Abbreviation | Cutoff Level |
|---|---|---|
| Amphetamines | AMP | 1000 ng/mL |
| Barbiturates | BAR | 300 ng/mL |
| Buprenorphine | BUP | 10 ng/mL |
| Benzodiazepines | BZO | 300 ng/mL |
| Cocaine | COC | 300 ng/mL |
| Methamphetamine | MET | 1000 ng/mL |
| Methadone | MTD | 300 ng/mL |
| Opiates | OPI | 300 ng/mL |
| Oxycodone | OXY | 100 ng/mL |
| Marijuana metabolite | THC | 50 ng/mL |
A cutoff is the screening threshold for an individual assay. It is not a measurement of impairment, the amount consumed or the exact time of exposure. A negative screen does not establish that a substance is completely absent.
BAR, BZO and the Separate Opioid Panels
Barbiturates and benzodiazepines:Â BAR/300 and BZO/300 occupy separate positions in this configuration. The matching numerical cutoff does not make the assays equivalent. Interpret each result for its stated drug class, within the scope and limitations described in the supplied insert.
Opiates, methadone, oxycodone and buprenorphine:Â OPI, MTD, OXY and BUP provide individual screening results. The presence of an opiate panel does not make the other assays redundant, and one panel’s negative result should not be used to infer another panel’s result.
THC:Â the marijuana-metabolite panel uses a 50 ng/mL cutoff. It is included within the ten-panel total alongside BAR and BZO. Record its result separately from the remaining assays.
Compare Other 10 Panel Cup Configurations
The 90ml 10 panel cup with MDMA includes MDMA/500 instead of BAR/300. Its other nine listed panels and cutoffs match this configuration. Choose between these cups according to the required drug list, rather than cup size alone.
The 120ml 10 panel cup with fentanyl includes fentanyl at 20 ng/mL instead of the barbiturate panel, with the other nine listed assays and cutoffs retained. It also has a different cup size. Review the individual product’s labeling and intended use before selecting it.
These alternatives provide different screening combinations. If BAR testing is required, confirm that the selected replacement explicitly includes a barbiturate assay.
How to Use a 10 Panel Urine Test
Follow the insert supplied with the exact cup for preparation, specimen collection, activation and timing. Our Serenity cup instructions guide provides additional orientation.
- Check the device. Confirm the product code, panel configuration, expiration date and package condition. Review the supplied instructions before opening the cup.
- Collect the specimen. Identify the cup according to your collection procedure and collect the amount specified by the device instructions. Follow the fill markings; the 90ml cup size is not a direction to collect 90ml.
- Secure and activate. Close and activate the device exactly as instructed. Keep the cup upright on a level surface and begin timing at the point specified in the insert.
- Read and record. Check each panel within its stated interpretation window. Document the results separately and follow the required procedure for invalid or preliminary non-negative screens.

How to Read a 10 Panel Urine Test
Identify the Control (C) and Test (T) regions for each assay. Interpret only results read within the device’s specified window.
| Control Line | Test Line | Screening Result |
|---|---|---|
| Visible | Visible, including a faint colored line | Negative for that assay |
| Visible | Absent | Preliminary non-negative for that assay |
| Absent | Visible or absent | Invalid result |
A missing Control line means the result is invalid. Repeat testing with a new device according to the supplied instructions. Test-line darkness does not measure concentration, and a faint colored Test line is read using the same Control-and-Test criteria as a darker line.
Preliminary non-negative findings require appropriate laboratory confirmation before being treated as confirmed results. See our drug test cup result-reading guide for examples and ARUP Consult’s drug testing guidance for background on screening and confirmation.
Availability, Bulk Inquiries and Intended Use
Check the current availability shown for this product. When requesting supply information or quantity pricing, include SM-CDOA-1105C-90, the required quantity and your delivery needs. Our wholesale test supplies page provides a contact route for larger-order inquiries.
If you are considering another cup, compare its complete drug list before substituting it. A ten-panel count alone does not establish that a replacement includes BAR or matches the other required cutoffs.
Intended use:Â use this device according to its specific labeling and supplied instructions. Match the product’s intended-use designation to the requirements of your testing program.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does this 10 panel urine test screen for?
This configuration includes AMP, BAR, BUP, BZO, COC, MET, MTD, OPI, OXY and THC. It includes barbiturates at 300 ng/mL and marijuana metabolite at 50 ng/mL. The full cutoff table lists the threshold for each panel.
What is the difference between BAR and BZO on a drug test?
BAR identifies the barbiturate screening panel, while BZO identifies the benzodiazepine screening panel. This cup includes both at 300 ng/mL. They screen for different drug classes and must be read separately.
Does this cup include fentanyl, EtG or MDMA?
No. This ten-panel configuration does not include dedicated fentanyl, EtG alcohol-metabolite or MDMA panels. Choose a product that explicitly lists the required assay and check its remaining panels before substituting it.
How is this cup different from the 90ml MDMA cup?
This model includes BAR/300. The separate 90ml MDMA cup includes MDMA/500 in that panel position. The other nine listed assays and cutoffs match, but the products are not interchangeable when barbiturate screening is required.
Does the 90ml cup size mean I need to collect 90ml?
No. The 90ml designation refers to cup size, not the required specimen amount. Follow the collection volume, fill markings and other requirements in the instructions supplied with the exact device.
What does a faint line mean on this drug test?
A visible colored Test line, including a faint line, together with a valid Control line is interpreted as a negative screen for that assay within the specified reading window. A missing Control line means an invalid result. Line darkness does not measure drug concentration.
